3 Cadogan Gate

This year long renovation for Paul Davis + Partners and Cadogan Estates Ltd gave AMS Joinery the perfect opportunity to draw from its wealth of knowledge and experience with timber and bespoke joinery.

Working closely with the architect and a specialist supplier we designed a smoke ventilation system that we incorporated into two new curved glass & timber roof lanterns. The ventilators can be operated for day-to-day ventilation and also operate automatically in the event of a smoke detector or rain sensor being triggered.

AMS were tasked to remove the existing windows and match the existing sections and mouldings exactly whilst upgrading the design to incorporate 12mm thick double glazing units. Click on an image to view a larger version.
